El Andaluz · A savoury aperitif
Gazpacho, beyond the plate.
At Juice Garage, we wanted to bring a familiar Spanish idea to a different moment of the day: take gazpacho beyond the menu and give it a place at aperitif time, on the terrace and around the bar.
That’s how El Andaluz was born: a vegetable drink inspired by gazpacho, with tomato, pepper, cucumber and onion. We use apple juice instead of water, adding a gentle fruity note and rounding out the flavour.
An aperitif with a character of its own.
Served cold in a glass, it opens up new possibilities for anyone looking for a plant-based alternative with character. You can offer it as an alcohol-free aperitif.

Fancy a splash of fun? Add vodka and turn it into a Bloody Macarena.
Preparation follows the Juice Garage philosophy: add the apple juice, the portion of frozen vegetables and the ingredients specified in the recipe, then blend and serve. A recognisable idea, easy to explain and presented to tempt customers to try it.
