Privacy policy
The User expressly, freely and voluntarily consents to any personal data they provide (“personal data”, as defined in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), or any other applicable rule or implementing regulation) being collected by Juice Garage, processed and entered into a personal data file duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, for the following purposes: a) fulfilling and performing orders and contracts for the purchase of products and services acquired by the User; b).
Responding to the User’s requests for information; and c) providing information about Juice Garage products and services, including related commercial communications by email or equivalent electronic means (such as SMS), as well as telephone calls.
These personal data may be shared with the carrier solely to deliver orders, and with the payment-system provider to manage payments for orders placed by the User.
The personal data you provide must be true, accurate, complete and up to date. The User is responsible for providing inaccurate data.
If the data provided belong to a third party, you warrant that you have obtained their authorisation to share them with Juice Garage for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. Juice Garage has implemented technical security measures for personal data in accordance with data protection legislation, including Royal Decree 1720/2007. When a User decides to unsubscribe, Juice Garage guarantees that it will delete all their personal data and retain no copy, unless there is a legal obligation to retain them temporarily.
In all cases, the User has rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection to the processing of their data, as well as the right to unsubscribe from Juice Garage. The User may also withdraw consent to the processing of their data at any time, without retroactive effect.
